Deloitte Global CEO Punit Renjen is being snarked to death on social media for his awful New Year’s memo to employees. The memo begins with Renjen declaring that his New Year’s resolution is to “deliver an exceptional, and consistent, global talent experience across the Deloitte network.” It ends with his other New Year resolutions: “approaching my role with a mindset that ‘anything positive is possible in our organization’ and achieving a bit more work/life balance.”
