Cautionary tale (as if CEOs need one)

In January, France Telecom CEO Didier Lombard jokes at a company awards ceremony that “the good life” that employees have known is over. Now the video surfaces after 24th employee suicide in 19 months, a rate some attribute to the company’s “Time to Move” culture change program.

CEOs know: Just because you’re paranoid, doesn’t mean they’re not out to get you.
