PR pros worry White House is hurting their rep

USC Annenberg School study finds 73 percent of PR pros think White House practices impact perceptions of PR industry.

Seventy-three percent of PR professionals think โ€œthe current White House communications team is impacting the public perception of the industry,โ€ according to a new study by University of Southern Californiaโ€™s Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism.

โ€œItโ€™s obvious that the broader PR community is deeply concerned about the long-term consequences of the White Houseโ€™s approach to communications,โ€ said Fred Cook, director of USC Annenbergโ€™s Center for Public Relations.
