NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio gets new chief speechwriter

Former journalist Adam Cohen moves from New York governor's office to City Hall.
In personnel news, Adam Cohen has joined New York Mayor Bill de Blasio as chief speechwriter. Before that, the ex-New York Times and Time magazine journalist had been special policy advisor to New York Governor Andrew Cuomo.
