The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene is hiring a speechwriter (we kid you not). “The speechwriter will work closely with the agency’s Bureau of Communications, Press Office, and cabinet to plan and execute speaking events to advance the Commissioner’s broader communications strategy.”
