AMA, Thompson Reuters, Cummins and Hitachi Data Systems need exec comms types

The American Medical Association in Chicago is looking for a director of leadership communications to “provide strategic communications support to senior management and the AMA board of trustees. Write and manage other writers in the creation of speeches, presentations, talking points, scripts, blogs, op-eds, white papers and other internal and external communications that position them as thought-leaders, engage employees and external audiences, and solve their business and communications challenges.”

Thomson Reuters in San Francisco seeks a director of communications for its executives for its MarkMonitor group. Candidate will be “responsible for developing and executing communications programs for executive leadership, ensuring messaging, tone, format and expectations are expertly developed and delivered.”

Cummins of Indianapolis, Ind., seeks a director of executive communications to be “responsible for developing and implementing an executive communications strategy that leverages the capabilities of numerous types of communications mediums.”

Hitachi Data Systems in Santa Clara, Calif., is looking for a senior director of executive and internal communications to “establish the Executive Communications function and team as a business-focused, consultative organization known for delivering impactful, high quality strategy and execution.”
